Dalam Islam terdapat aturan yang mengatur penjual maupun pembeli dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli, sistem pre-order dalam islam sama dengan jual beli menggunakan akad istishna’. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplemetasian sistem <em>pre-order</em> atau pelaksanaan akad Istishna pada mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Informan dalam penelitian merupakan pelaku bisnis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku bisnis mengetahui secara umum terkait rukun dan syarat dalam melakukan transaksi jual dengan sistem <em>pre-order</em> dan pelaksanaanya seusai dengan perspektif Islam. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, PT. Roda Vivatex Tbk, and PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk from 2017 to 2021 using liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. This study uses secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial reports at IDN financials and on the company's website itself. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the company's liquidity when viewed from the current ratio and quick ratio is running quite well, but the cash ratio is not running well, which means the company is less current in its short-term obligations. Then in terms of company solvency, seen from the Debt Asset to Ratio, all companies are in a fairly good category and the Debt to Equity Ratio is only PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, which is not good, this shows that the company is increasingly finding it difficult to pay long-term obligations. Then, in the company's activities, it can be seen from the inventory turnover of PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo, which is not going well and the asset turnover ratio of the three companies is also not doing well, which means that the company gets less income per dollar of assets. While seen from the profitability using the net profit margin ratio only PT. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis method. The population in this study is the average number of patient visits per month is 4331. Determination of the sample using the Slovin theory with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used to non-probability sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. Data analysis using the IBM SPSS 27 programs. The results showed that there was a partial effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at PT Petrokima Gresik's PPK1 clinic with t test results tcount &gt; ttable, namely 2,544 &gt; 1,984 and a significant level of 0,013 &lt; 0,05. Facilities have a partial effect on patient satisfaction at the PPK1 clinic of PT Petrokimia Gresik with the results of the t test being tcount &gt; ttable, namely 3,412 &gt; 1,984 and a significant level of 0,001 &lt; 0,05. Dengan variable penelitian keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Untuk menganalisis kedua variable diatas dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 45 orang respoden karyawan departemen utility PT. Bramindra Indotama Gresik. Hasil penelitian tersebut dianalisis dan dolah menggunakan regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial variable keselamatan kerja dengan nilai t hitung sebesar&nbsp; 4,746 dan variabel kesehatan kerja dengan nilai t hitung 2,373. dan dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung variable sebesar 38,339 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. The object of this study is the customer of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan in Store Noer Raya Gresik. A total of 95 data were collected using questionnaires with non-probality sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical test application version 20. T-test results showed that brand image, price, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan, while product quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Lapis Kukus Pahlawan.
