Peer Review Process

The journal operates a peer review process and promotes blind reviewing. The acceptance or rejection of articles will be decided by the editor based on the review results supplied by the reviewers. There is no communication between authors and editors concerning the rejection decision. Before going to the review process, all manuscripts will be checked that they are free from plagiarism practice using "Turnitin" software. If there an indication of plagiarism of more than 25%, the manuscript will instantly be rejected. Authors whose papers are rejected will be informed of the reasons for the rejection.
